Remote Tuning Services

Remote tuning calibrations and digital tuning services are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Customers are responsible for emailing all required tuning information, including order number, vehicle information, current modifications, VIN, HP Tuners/ECU device information, tune files, and datalogs when requested.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout when applicable. Costs may vary depending on item size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Delays

R32 Motorsports is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, supplier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. R32 Motorsports is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
