At R32 Motorsports, we strive to provide exceptional products and custom tuning services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making your purchase.
All Remote Tuning Calibration sales are final.
There will be no refunds for Remote Tuning Calibrations utilizing:
- HP Tuners
- EFI Live
- Eurodyne
- Reflex ECU
- Holley ECU
Once the first tuning calibration has been delivered to your email, the service is considered rendered and completed. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted after that point.
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products purchased from R32 Motorsports.
To qualify for a return, your request must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories whenever applicable.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to partial refunds at our discretion.
Once your returned item has been received, it will be inspected by our team.
We will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied after the inspection is complete.
If your refund is approved, it will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
