Please review this legal notice before purchasing or using any R32 Motorsports products, services, tuning calibrations, or performance-related components.
Certain products, parts, tuning services, calibrations, or performance modifications offered by R32 Motorsports may not be legal for use on public roads or highways in California or other states with emissions regulations.
Products that do not have a valid California Air Resources Board Executive Order number are intended for closed-course competition, racing, off-road, or non-highway use only where permitted by law.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify whether any product, part, calibration, or modification is legal for use on their vehicle in their local, state, or federal jurisdiction before purchase, installation, or use.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, emissions-related products, custom tuning, and performance calibrations are intended for off-road, racing, or closed-course competition use only.
R32 Motorsports does not authorize or encourage the removal, disabling, bypassing, or alteration of any emissions control equipment on vehicles used on public roads.
By purchasing from R32 Motorsports, the customer acknowledges that they are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable emissions, safety, inspection, registration, and road-use laws.
The customer assumes all responsibility for the legal use, installation, operation, and application of any purchased product, service, or calibration.
R32 Motorsports shall not be held responsible for fines, penalties, failed inspections, registration issues, emissions violations, engine damage, transmission damage, vehicle damage, misuse, unlawful acts, or any consequences resulting from the customer’s use of products or services.
Remote tuning calibrations are custom services based on the information, datalogs, vehicle setup, and files provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, modification lists, calibration files, and datalogs when requested.
R32 Motorsports reserves the right to refuse or discontinue tuning services for vehicles or requests that may violate emissions laws, safety requirements, or applicable regulations.
